We dispatch finished items of jewellery from our boutique within a week of receiving an order. Exceptions to this are items that require resizing, engraving or other special procedures. The delivery time is indicated as accurately as possible on the product information of the purchased item. You can inquire about the availability of a particular item of jewellery by email before placing your order. After ordering, we will inform the customer of the estimated date of dispatch. Please note that there is no right of exchange or return for items that have been engraved. In addition, jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned if it has been made to certain dimensions specified by the customer.

We use the insured delivery of the courier service to deliver purchased items of jewellery, and handover of the item requires an acknowledgment of receipt by the customer personally or by a person authorised by the customer for this purpose. The date of arrival of the jewellery will be indicated as precisely as possible after purchasing. Delivery costs are listed in the table below. The cost of delivery to the given address is added to the purchase price of the item.

Kultaseppä Kulmala also sells its jewellery to customers outside the European Union, provided that there are no obstacles to the delivery of the items that are not within Kultaseppä Kulmala’s control. The customer is responsible for the terms of trade that are valid in the country in question, and must themselves pay the applicable tax and customs duties. The prices of our jewellery and delivery costs are always stated in EUR. Kultaseppä Kulmala is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.


Customers are of course also welcome to collect their purchases from our boutique in Helsinki. We will contact you to notify you of the date on which your order is ready to be collected. We are happy to answer inquiries by email or telephone.
