As a rule, items of jewellery made by Kultaseppä Kulmala and sold in our online store are unique, not mass-produced. An item of jewellery purchased can be exchanged for another, or the customer can choose a gift card of the equivalent value, or the value of the item being exchanged can be used to cover or partly cover the cost of a made-to-order item of Kultaseppä Kulmala jewellery. For this to be possible, the jewellery must be unused and in the same condition in which it was sold. Every item of our jewellery has a seal attached to it, and breaking the seal is considered to be a purchase decision. The item cannot be exchanged or returned after the seal has been broken. All exchanges and returns are handled case by case between Kultaseppä Kulmala and the customer. The packaging, costs of return and return of items of jewellery are the responsibility of the customer. Every item returned must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. If a returned item has been improperly packaged, Kultaseppä Kulmala will not be responsible for any resulting damage. In the event of problems, the customer must contact us as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days of placing their order.

Kultaseppä Kulmala uses a reliable courier service for delivery of its jewellery. The date of dispatch of the item, the stages of the delivery and receipt of the delivery are always recorded. All our jewellery is insured for the duration of the delivery process, and it delivered by the Fedex courier service.  The insurance expires upon receipt of the jewellery by the customer. Kultaseppä Kulmala Oy is not responsible for items of jewellery that have not been collected from the delivery point within the agreed time.
