Online banking payment

Paytrail is a Finnish payment institution, and its services are used in more than 10,000 online stores and online services. Security is the company’s foremost concern: all data transfers and money transfers are secured with SSL authentication, encryption and decryption technology for maximum safety. When a transaction is being made, Paytrail purchases the payment and transfers it to Kultaseppä Kulmala Oy. For this reason, Paytrail Oyj is indicated as the payee on your bank statement. Any complaints regarding payment transactions are handled by Paytrail. Purchases can also be made by email, in which case we will send the invoice to your email address. After payment, the jewellery can be dispatched for delivery or collected from our boutique at Kapteeninkatu 24, Helsinki.
Credit and debit card payments
The Kultaseppakulmala.fi online store also accepts card payments with Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard. Card payments are processed by Paytrail Plc (business ID 2122839-7). For this reason, on your bank statement Paytrail will be indicated as the payee. Complaints concerning payment transactions will be handled by Paytrail.
