CUSTOMER AND DATA PROTECTION

Kultaseppä Kulmala operates in accordance with current Finnish and European Union legislation regarding consumer trade, marketing and advertising. The customer must provide the following personal information when placing an order: their name, address, telephone number and email address.  In addition to the above information, corporate customers are required to provide a business ID.

Customer information is stored in our customer register. Kultaseppä Kulmala has the right to process the aforementioned information in the register for justified purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Act (523/1999), if the customer has consented to this. If the customer wishes, they may prohibit the use of their personal data for marketing purposes by contacting us by email: .
